EarthKosher Makes High Velocity Moves

(Englewood, New Jersey) EarthKosher an East Coast based Kosher certification agency specializing in the Kosher certification of Natural, Organic and Neutraceutical companies has just partnered with Rav Zushe Yosef Blech who will become its Kashrus Administrator. Rav Blech the well known author of Kosher Food Production (Blackwell) was the Midwest Regional Director of the OU for 14 years. Rabbi Zecharyah Tzvi Goldman the founder and Rabbinic Administrator of EarthKosher shared, "Bringing Rav Blech on board as a partner and Kashrus Administrator is part of our long term strategy of becoming a respected and integral part of the international Kashrus establishment. EarthKosher has also expanded its operations well beyond the United States to the international arena certifying companies in: Canada, China, India, Nicaragua, Mexico, Peru, Poland, France and Israel.
